Over recent years, the number of total staffs of Aisino increases moderately, structure layer of talent team becomes gradually reasonable, and overall quality of the staffs improves obviously. Up to June 2013, the total number of on-post staffs of Aisino was over 13,000, of which operating management personnel accounted for 28%, professional technicians accounted for 68%, and skilled personnel accounted for 4%. The number of personnel holding degrees above the bachelor is 5256, the number of personnel holding professional and technical titles above middle level is 818, and the number of personnel under 35 years old accounts for 82% of total number of staffs.
